Do not try to remove any foreign body which is inserted deep into the wound . place gauze with a hole in the middle over the wound and apply a ring pad around the foreign body or surround the wound with dressing built up like a dam before finishing up with bandage 然后按照没有异物的方法处理切勿拔出深入伤口的异物，可在敷料上剪个洞，套过异物，置于伤口上，加上环形垫或在伤口周围砌起敷料成堤状，再用绷带包扎。
